  • 300 gr. minced beef
  • 300 gr. minced pork
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 or 2 sausages
  • 1 onion
  • Egg
  • A red pepper
  • 2 green peppers
  • 100 gr. chorizo
  • Fried tomato / Liquid cream
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt / Pepper / Oil

1. Put a sheet of puff pastry as a base in a baking dish. Leave the other sheet to cover it later.

2. Fry the onion and peppers well over medium / low heat and then add the two types of meat.

3. When the meat is almost done, add the minced sausages and the chorizo. when everything is well done, add the fried tomato, minced parsley and add, if you want, a little salt.

4. After frying everything together, remove the pan from the heat and pour the filling into a colander to release all the excess oil.

5. When the oil has drained well, spread the filling well over the puff pastry base.

6. Beat an egg and add it to the meat before closing the puff pastry with the other sheet.

7. Once closed, pass a little beaten egg over the dough and bake the cake at 200ºC until the puff pastry is golden brown.
