4. In a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic. Next, add the minced meat and stir until the meat is colored. Add the cumin, pepper and salt, stirring constantly.

5. Finally, add the raisins, the eggs cooked in small pieces, and remove the pan from the heat.

6. With the help of your hands, form a small oval ball with the puree, fill it with the meat and close it with the puree.

7. When you have all the stuffed potatoes, pass them through the wheat flour, then through the egg and fry them in a pan with vegetable oil, for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Remove from oil and drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
